By using our service, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may require human review, testing, and refinement before deployment in production environments.
We offer various subscription tiers (Personal Starter, Personal Pro, Business Growth, Business Enterprise). Each plan includes different features and AI labor fee percentages.

We charge a labor fee (10-15% depending on your plan) only on third-party AI coststhat we incur on your behalf (e.g., OpenAI API calls, Anthropic Claude usage, image generation services).
What's included FREE: Platform access, campaign management, analytics, A/B testing tools, and customer support.
For advertising campaigns, we charge a 15% markup on the actual ad spend paid to platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). This covers campaign optimization, A/B testing, and management.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We integrate with third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content generated by these third-party services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.
